Export Compliance Policy

How we determine eligibility and screen customers, orders, and jurisdictions in line with applicable laws, sanctions, and export controls.

Last updated: October 30, 2026

1. Our Position

Analyst Edge Solutions develops, licenses, and delivers software products and technology services to eligible international customers only.

We provide software and digital technology services to eligible international customers, subject to applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, and our internal compliance policies. We do not claim to serve every country, and we do not accept all customers worldwide without restriction.

2. Why We Screen

Exporting software, technology services, and related deliverables is regulated. To comply with applicable laws, we screen customers, transactions, and jurisdictions before and during the provision of services. Screening helps us:

  • Comply with applicable sanctions programs;
  • Comply with applicable export-control requirements;
  • Avoid serving prohibited persons, entities, or jurisdictions;
  • Detect potential diversion or misuse;
  • Maintain an auditable decision trail for every screened transaction.

3. What We Screen

We may screen one or more of the following:

3.1 Country and territory

The country of residence and the country of business of the customer, along with any other jurisdiction materially involved in the transaction.

3.2 Person and entity

The customer's legal name, company name, and, where applicable, the identity of directors, beneficial owners, or authorised representatives.

3.3 Transaction

The product or service, the payment method, and the value of the transaction.

3.4 Product and technology

Where a product could be subject to export-control classification, we may apply product-level and technology-level restrictions.

4. Sources We Use

Screening decisions may take into account data from official and authoritative sources, which may include:

  • OFAC โ€” U.S. Treasury sanctions lists (including the SDN List and other applicable lists);
  • United Nations Security Council โ€” consolidated sanctions list and individual regime lists;
  • European Union โ€” EU sanctions data published through official EU channels;
  • Applicable Indian export-control requirements โ€” including requirements relevant to specific products, technologies, or destinations;
  • Other applicable official sources, as identified by our compliance team.

We do not treat any single source as a universal or permanent list. Sanctions programs can be comprehensive, targeted, or selective, and can change at any time. Our compliance configuration supports multiple sources and rules.

5. How We Handle Results

Every screening produces one of the following outcomes:

  • Clear โ€” the customer may continue, subject to our other policies and the applicable product terms.
  • Review โ€” the case is escalated for manual review by our compliance team before a decision is made.
  • Blocked โ€” the customer or transaction cannot proceed.
  • Expired โ€” a previous screening is too old and must be repeated.
  • Error โ€” a screening source is unavailable. In this case, we do not automatically treat the transaction as clear. We fail safely.

6. Fuzzy Matches and False Positives

Sanctions screening can produce name matches that are not actual matches. A fuzzy match does not automatically mean that a person or entity is sanctioned.

Where a potential match is identified, our compliance team reviews the case using the available evidence, including any supplementary identifiers, before a decision is recorded. We record whether a match is a confirmed match, a false positive, or an unresolved case, along with the reviewer's decision and rationale.

7. Restrictions We May Apply

We may restrict, refuse, or terminate transactions or relationships where:

  • The customer is located in or ordinarily resident in a restricted jurisdiction;
  • The customer is a person or entity on an applicable sanctions list, or is owned or controlled by such a person or entity;
  • The product or technology is subject to applicable export-control restrictions for the destination or end use;
  • The transaction would violate applicable law, sanctions, or export controls;
  • We are required to do so by a competent authority;
  • We cannot complete required screening due to unavailable or unreliable data.

8. Domestic Indian Customers

Our business model is an export-of-services model. As a matter of policy, our public customer onboarding and store are not available to customers resident in India, because the products and services offered here are structured as exports of services.

Domestic Indian customers seeking similar products or services should contact us separately. Any such engagement, if accepted, will be handled under a separate arrangement in accordance with applicable Indian tax and regulatory requirements.

9. Right to Refuse or Restrict

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any transaction, to suspend service, or to terminate any account where required or permitted by applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, our internal policies, or a competent authority's instruction.

Where we refuse a transaction solely on compliance grounds, and where it is lawful and appropriate to do so, we will refund amounts received for that transaction in accordance with our Refund Policy.

10. If You Are Affected by a Compliance Decision

If you believe a compliance restriction has been applied in error, you may contact our compliance team at compliance@analystedgesolutions.com.

To protect the integrity of our screening process and applicable law, we do not disclose the specific screening logic, thresholds, sources, or match data that led to a particular decision.

11. Records and Audit Trail

We maintain records of screening and compliance decisions, including (where applicable):

  • The identity of the customer or entity screened;
  • The date and time of screening;
  • The sources checked and dataset versions;
  • The match results and any supplementary evidence;
  • The decision and the reviewer;
  • The rationale for the decision.

These records are retained in line with applicable legal and business requirements.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Export Compliance Policy from time to time. The effective date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
